This position is based in our Randolph MA office, and does not qualify for Work From Home. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Accounts Payable Specialist
Responsibilities/Expectations
- Maintaining timely payments with vendors
- Facilitating the processing of invoices using Timberscan and Sage
- Making and posting Credit Card payments
- Reconciling vendor statements
- Filling out Credit Applications
- Efficient Data Entry
- Corresponding with vendors regarding payments via phone and email
- Corresponding with PM’s and PX’s via phone and email regarding payment status of various requests
- 40 hours in office
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or in the process of attaining Bachelors degree in Accounting or other related field
- Experience using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and proactive
- Personable, and cool under pressure
